The Shanghai Restaurant at the Kunlun Hotel was established over fourteen years ago, in 1987. It was the first Shanghainese restaurant to open in town.
Due to its excellent reputation and prestige, this award winning restaurant was renovated and enlarged and re-opened on the 29th September 2001. The revamped Shanghai Restaurant now consists of two floors, one with a contemporary European style and the other in a traditional Imperial court style.
